Good location
Toilet seat in room was broken, lobby area terribly warm, employees not friendly, borderline rudeness because I "booked 3rd party"!!!

location to interstate
in house restaurant was very confusing. we saw signs outside referencing "Great American Grill' but nothing on the inside. Even the staff member was unaware that it was not posted in the facility. The wi fi was extremely slow or non-existent.

Very quiet, comfy bed, very clean
Housekeeping knocked on our door to clean at 830 am. Just wish their communication better with their staff when people are checked out so they don't wake up the guests.

Courteous and prompt staff.
Had to move due to smoky room. 2nd room had lock issues. Door wouldn't latch, from the outside. Staff was quick to respond, but unable to remedy. Not an issue once inside the room because of the additional inside lock. Just made the room unsecured once we left.

Location was good and everyone was friendly.
For the price we didn't feel like we had anything better then a 120.00 hotel. The TV was not HD. Room was pretty small and no continental breakfast. Could have received a lot more for the price at another hotel.

This hotel was cheaper than some others but met all of our needs very well. We just needed a nice, clean and comfortable room for one night and were very happy with the accommodations!
The restaurant was not well stocked and was somewhat overpriced, but the staff were friendly and as accommodating as possible.

The refrigerator needs to be cooler to keep food or drinks cold. The refrigerator was warm at best.

Cleanliness, super comfortable bed. Staff was nice.
Slow internet in my room. It was better in the lobby areas. Avoid the restaurant. I ate there twice. One meal was just okay, second meal was poor.

A very good bang for the buck. The thing that stood out for me was the staff. They were very very friendly and helpful. In this day when there is very little courtesy, this was a breath of fresh air. Kudos to management for staffing with these very polite, friendly, and always with a smile on their face, young people. Indoor pool facilities and fitness center were top of the line.
